COVID 19 STATEMENT
As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in our local area, we will be implementing the following procedures:
Telehealth will remain available for regular appointments, and will be required should client be displaying any symptoms.
In-person appointments will be available beginning in August. This availability is fluid and will change as necessary, based on local COVID-19 trends.
For in-person:
All participants must wear a mask while in the building.
All clients must sign COVID-19 consent form, which outlines risks of in-person appointments.
Clients will wait in car until designated appointment time. Client may text the therapist upon arrival to check-in.
If any participant is experiencing any symptoms, appointment will be canceled or moved to telehealth.
Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic
My office is taking the following precautions to protect our patients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Office seating in the waiting room and in therapy rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
We wear masks and require all clients to do the same.
We maintain safe distancing.
Restroom soap dispensers are maintained, and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy rooms and the waiting room.
We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.
We ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.
Credit card pads, pens and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
Physical contact is not permitted.
Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
